• Any plugs or sockets that are integral to the function of the product are not damaged.
• Provide a valid tracking number to our customer service team once youve shipped your old unit back to us.
• If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact our customer service team.

If the above is adhered to please send the item back to us for a surcharge deposit refund within 30 days of your order being delivered.

The parking or emergency brake is a mandatory safety feature and if it doesn't work properly, the vehicle is deemed unsafe. A faulty parking brake will cause the vehicle to fail an MOT (safety) inspection.If the parking brake cables are bad, they must be replaced.
